6 med potatoes (2 pounds) boiled & diced
1 cup thinly or shredded celery
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1 tsp dried dill
1 cup natural unsweetened yogurt
2 tsp raw honey
2 tsp white vinegar
1 tsp ground mustard
1 1/2 tsp sea salt
2 hard cooked eggs chopped
